The following dogs are currently in need of foster homes. If you are already a foster for SGA, please email jacintha@savinggreatanimals.org if you are interested in fostering. If you are not yet an approved foster, please start by submitting a foster application.

Riyo – 2  year old male poodle mix. Timid but friendly and sweet. LOVES other dogs and will do best with another dog in the home. Needs a yard because he does not yet know how to walk on a leash. Immediate need.

 

 

 

 

 

Lilo – 1 one year old female Poodle mix. 23 lbs. Friendly girl. Good with dogs. Arriving April 7th.

 

 

 

 

 

Misty – Small breed female. Around 3 years old. Timid. Will need secure yard. Arriving April 7th.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Litter of 3 pups, all male, around 5-6 months old. Timid and somewhat undersocialized. We can separate them as long as there is another dog in the home. Arriving April 7th.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Griffey – 1 year old terrier mix. 30 lbs. Good with dogs. Higher energy, best in a home with a yard. Owner surrender (owner has health issues). Immediate need

Aiden – 2 year old male Jindo. Around 35-40 lbs. Aiden is a sweet boy but he is wary of strangers. He needs an experienced foster who understands that he needs time to trust. He is leash trained and crate trained. Immediate need.

Roxy – Roxy is about 2.5 years old. She is a sweet girl but is worried about meeting new people and has some nervousness in unfamiliar settings. She can get along with other dogs but is hit and miss. Roxy needs a quiet foster home with a fenced yard and an experienced handler. She is not suitable for a home with children.

TEMPORARY COVERAGE NEEDS:

Jagger – 2 year old Chihuahua mix. Timid initially but warms up quickly Another dog in the home will help him. Current foster needs coverage from April 9-18.

 

 

 

 

 

Fred, Velma, Daphne – a litter of 3 month old Chihuahua mix puppies. Timid. They need to stay together. Foster needs coverage from April 10-18

 

 

 

 

 

Lorelei – 3 year old mixed breed. Sweet girl but timid and skittish. Best as only dog in a home with a very secure yard. Current foster needs temporary coverage from April 9-13.
