Thank you for considering to adopt a rescue dog! Whether you already have a dog in mind, or whether you would like our help in making a match for you, please complete our online application form.
We receive many applications and inquiries and try to respond to all of them in a timely manner. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your email junk folders as they may have ended up there.
Some key features of our adoption process:
| – | We work on making the best match for you and your family, based on your lifestyle and preferences. |
| – | Most of our dogs are placed with foster prior to adoption so you will be able to meet them in a home environment. |
| – | We ask all of our applicants to do a two week trial adoption with the dog first, to make sure that the dog is a good match for you. If not, we will place the dog elsewhere (or back with the foster). If it is a great match, we settle the adoption fee and adoption contract after the two week trial period. |
| – | We will conduct a home visit and check your references prior to placement, to ensure that all of our dogs go to a home that is well suited to them. |
